• Housekeeping will maintained by Tenants 

• Staff will facilitate completion of laundry once a week

• No gambling or loitering outside of premises by tenats or guests

• Overnight guests are not allowed

• No drinking, use of controlled substances, or marijuana allowed. PD will be notified
   

• Profanity, assaults or threats of assaults are not allowed

• No weapons of any sort to include knives or guns, even with a handgun license

• Smoking outside in designated area only
   

• All violations will be documented and reviewed for severity

• Assigned staff will oversee tenants compliance, documenting non-compliance
   

• Violations of the HOUSE RULES "Could" result in early termination of lease, and immediate removal from the premises
   

• Meetings will be held monthly, or as needed, to address concerns and to ensure continuous uniformity within the house
   

• Residents will be required to sign in and out to ensure accountability and potential required tracking by parole/probation
   

• Residents with vehicles will not be allowed to park disabled vehicles on the premises

• To ensure reasonable reseting periods of uninterrupted sleep, curfew hours will be set​
